1. general conditions

Stabe applies general delivery terms according to Teknikföretagen's agreement NL09.

2. order
You can order Stabe's products as a company or private individual via our webshop, email, telephone or visit our warehouse. You can also apply to become a contract customer with your own login and a more favourable price list at Stabe. Incoming orders are answered with an order confirmation via email. Stabe reserves the right to refuse a customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must therefore contact us immediately. To protect the environment, we prefer to send invoices by e-mail.

3. prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor excluding Swedish VAT, currently 25%. Businesses outside of Sweden but within the EU do not pay VAT when they provide a valid VAT registration number. For private individuals within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is used. Stabe reserves the right to increase VAT and other price changes that we cannot control. A fee for shipping will be added and stated on the invoice. You can apply to become a contract customer with your own login and favourable price list at Stabe. To protect the environment, we prefer to send invoices by e-mail.

4. payment
- Invoice (within Sweden)
Businesses in Sweden can buy against invoice, after the usual credit check. Buy today and pay within 30 days of delivery. We ask you to provide the invoice number when paying. If payment is delayed/not made, you will be charged a penalty interest of 8%.
- PayPal
This service is obtained in case of fast transaction. Charged to 6% as an additional cost.

- Prepayment against invoice (EU and non-EU)
For new business customers within and outside the EU, we primarily apply prepayment via invoice, before the goods are sent. Countries within the EU must provide a valid VAT number to be able to trade without Swedish VAT. For agreement or questions about other payment methods, please contact Stabe.

5. delivery and shipping
Orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible by Stabe AB. Our normal delivery time on stocked products is 1-3 working days after receipt and confirmation of order. If you want express delivery on the same day (for a surcharge), contact Stabe. In some cases, products are delivered directly from the factory (at an additional cost). Should any of the products you have ordered have a significantly longer delivery time, we will notify you. For transport within the Nordic region, DHL Freight (Sweden) AB is normally used. For transport to other countries, UPS or FedEx/TNT is normally used. Shipping costs will be added based on the weight and destination of the goods. See list in point 5B. Stabe can not be held responsible for delivering sold out or expired products. If an ordered product has been discontinued, an equivalent product will be offered.

6. delay in delivery
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of extensive delivery delays.
Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfil an order, for example if our suppliers cannot fulfil their commitments to us. Stabe reserves the right to disclaim compensation to the customer in such situations or in case of delivery delays.
Important! In rare cases, freight companies lose letters and parcels. We do not reimburse these.

7. guarantee
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us. Normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service centre. The invoice for the paid product is valid as a guarantee note, and is saved in our invoice system. Stabe provides a warranty according to our suppliers' terms and conditions, which normally means at least one year's warranty. Repaired units are covered by a 3-month warranty.

8. open purchase / right of cancellation
The customer must contact a salesperson at Stabe AB to see if it is possible to cancel the purchase. If the item is a standard stock product, it is usually possible to get a full refund. This applies if the packaging is unbroken and the customer has contacted us within 14 days of delivery. In the case of broken packaging or special orders, special conditions apply, contact Stabe AB. The buyer is responsible for delivery and return costs. 

9 Complaints
Stabe applies Teknikföretagen's agreement NL09 for complaints. Contact Stabe as soon as possible.

10. Reservations
Stabe reserves the right to make errors in the content and price lists on the website and in the online shop.

11. cookies
