ETH032 Series High Force electric cylinders are ball screw driven linear actuators in rod form that offer minimal total cost of ownership (TCO) for reliable positioning in any industrial application. Compared to other fluid power-based cylinders, these electric cylinders bring programmability, the possibility of closed-loop control, plus high thrust force, high durability and long life to your application. An electromechanical system such as the ETH electric cylinder offers an economical solution thanks to its high power density and long service life, minimising initial and maintenance costs. ETH032 electric cylinders have dimensions and mountings according to ISO 15552-12, offer thrust forces up to 3700 N and stroke lengths up to 1000 mm. The standard central lubrication port helps to minimise both maintenance costs and machine downtime.
A variety of link end configurations and mounting options provide the flexibility to integrate these electrical cylinders into most customer applications. Sensors and cables are directly immersed in a groove in the ETH profile, ensuring a smooth surface for easy cleaning and safe handling.
