Inversion Mounting Size 50

The solid aluminium inversion bracket allows the use of cylinders even in dusty environments. Inversion brackets are available for OSP-P and OSP-L rodless actuators with bores from Ø16 mm to Ø80 mm. In dirty environments or where there are space constraints, inversion of the cylinder may be recommended. The inversion bracket transfers the driving force to the opposite side of the cylinder. The standard bracket is in anodised aluminium, but stainless steel versions are also available.

Other components of the OSP system, such as centre section supports and magnetic sensors, can still be mounted on the free side of the cylinder when an inversion bracket is fitted.

Note: For Ø16 mm bore, when combining single sided porting with hollow aluminium profile mounted externally on cylinders with inversion brackets, magnetic sensors can only be mounted directly opposite the external air supply profile.
